“I think this kickboxing and strength training workout is the best!!! You will love it!! The owner, Chad, makes each person feel like he/she is the most important person in the gym. All of the coaches and instructors are amazing and care about you, your health, and your progress. They will push you to your level 10. They will also teach you how to eat the healthiest you have ever eaten using a really simple method and even a cheat day. AND it is so much FUN - awesome energy, great music, and incredible exercise all in 45mins a day.
