“100% hands down the nicest people. Their customer service is always great. They have bulk dog treats for a great price (my doggo loves the peanut butter ones the best). Their prices beat out most other pet stores. Once my husband left his phone right as they were closing and they made sure to wait for him so he could get his phone back. “Saw a Subaru Outback on their website and talked with Tim about coming by to take a look. When I arrived, he was just pulling in, coming back from the car wash. A little chit-chat then I looked over the vehicle. Just washed. The interior must have just been detailed - spotless. Engine bay recently steam cleaned. Price was in my range and in the "very good buy" category according to several websites that rate vehicles according to year, mileage, condition, etc. It was late in the day and with a handshake I told Tim, 'consider it sold' and I would be back in the morning to seal the deal. The next day, less than an hour later (including financing), the deal was done and my daughter had a safe, reliable car. A month or so later, the temp tags had expired (thanks for all the delays COVID) and I called about getting a renewal. When my daughter pulled in the next day, Tim was there with the renewal tags, mounted it on the back and she was on her way in minutes. VERY friendly people - service oriented who WORK to get your business and trust. They earned mine. I'll be back.”
