“Spontaneously stopped by for lunch with my family and was NOT disappointed. The food was amazing. We all ordered different stuff and it was all delicious and fresh. My favorite was the Stromboli!! Only downside we had was the young kid that took our order. He didn't greet us when we came in at all and was not friendly. It was our first time in so we had a few questions and he seemed bothered and didn't want to help or talk to us. The other older gentleman working definitely made up for him though. He was very kind and genuine he delivered our food and checked in a few times. Inside dining is older n little run down but overall would definitely recommend and would go back!”

“We used Firehouse On the Run for my son's wedding in Dec 2020. I'm giving them a great review for their A+++ customer service. After his employees initially messed up our order quite badly, the owner was incredibly responsive. He went out of his way to track down my son on social media so he could apologize and offer a FULL REFUND. He even gave him a generous gift certificate to come back again. This small business went WAY above and beyond to turn an unfortunate interaction into a VERY positive one! Our family will be regular customers from now on! This is a great reason to support small and local. I know a chain store would never have cared this much. We'll be back soon for that delicious pulled chicken, Firehouse on the Run!”
