“We have been taking our two-year-old here for the past 6 months, and we love it! Coach Kate is by far the best. She is enthusiastic and brings lots of energy to each class. She uses gentle redirection to help kids follow instructions. She also provides very helpful information to parents regarding developmental milestones and how to spot and support your child while they practice skills. We have had two other substitute teachers on the rare occasions when Kate had to miss, and they didn't seem to have as much fun with it. If it weren't for Coach Kate's genuine interest in her "little beasts," we may not have stuck around. Overall, we really like that Little Gym focuses on more than just gymnastics skills. They have monthly themes that allow kids to learn colors, numbers, letters, etc in a fun way. They teach applicable signs that kids can use, and they help kids start to learn socialization skills. Each class follows the same structure and includes both free play (at least for this age group) and structured activities. They also encourage parent participation for these parent/child classes, which makes it a really enjoyable experience for everyone! Thank you, Coach Kate, for making such a big difference in our son's life!”

“I have been to many other types of gyms and studios, and Barre3 is by far my fave that I frequent in the Springs. I started taking classes here through ClassPass then became a member within a month or so. After only a couple weeks of going primarily to Barre3, my butt has never been bigger (in the best way). I already thought my legs were my best feature, and Barre3 has only made them better. I actually have a solid core, and I actually LIKE my arms now -- both of which were my most difficult areas to tone previously. Workouts are low impact, but definitely full body, fun and done to the music and lights. Stretching and breath work are also included in each workout (only less so in the 45mins class vs. the hour-long one). The staff and community are all incredibly welcoming, and the instructors are very motivating and inspirational. The space is very clean, and they have amenities like dry shampoo and deodorant if you're in a hurry after class, but there are no showers. My only wish is that there are more classes each day. I try to take a class 5+ times a week if I can, but my work schedule conflicts often. Also if there are less than 3 people signed up for a class (like the 6am), then they will not hold the class. Although I recently heard they will be adding more to the schedule by the end of January, and there have been more patrons since the new year. Here's to hoping! I highly recommend Barre3!”

“Great customer service at this neighborhood YMCA. We continued to pay our membership dues as donations when they closed in March 2020 (pandemic). I assumed that my dues would continue to be be donations when they opened back up since I didn’t use the facilities per military orders. I appreciated the efforts of Mr. Corey Calcote, Briargate Executive Director, and Ms. Shannon Rauen, Director of Development and Planned Giving. They communicated well and worked with me to turn my dues into tax deductible donations and freeze my account for four months. We’re excited to return when conditions allow.”

“I have been training at tiger rock for two years now, and finally achieved my first degree level one black belt in October and now testing for my level two in a few weeks. Tiger rock has made a big impact onto my life for the better. Tiger rock is a safe, kid friendly, supportive, and welcoming place to be. The second you walk in you will always be greeted by someone. I have made so many achievements, memories and life long friends and tiger rock because tiger rock has given me more confidence to go out and talk to my peers on the mats. I recommend tiger rock for anyone of any age because no matter what they will always be there to help you grow and make sure your having fun while doing it.
