“We have been taking our two-year-old here for the past 6 months, and we love it! Coach Kate is by far the best. She is enthusiastic and brings lots of energy to each class. She uses gentle redirection to help kids follow instructions. She also provides very helpful information to parents regarding developmental milestones and how to spot and support your child while they practice skills. We have had two other substitute teachers on the rare occasions when Kate had to miss, and they didn't seem to have as much fun with it. If it weren't for Coach Kate's genuine interest in her "little beasts," we may not have stuck around. Overall, we really like that Little Gym focuses on more than just gymnastics skills. They have monthly themes that allow kids to learn colors, numbers, letters, etc in a fun way. They teach applicable signs that kids can use, and they help kids start to learn socialization skills. Each class follows the same structure and includes both free play (at least for this age group) and structured activities. They also encourage parent participation for these parent/child classes, which makes it a really enjoyable experience for everyone! Thank you, Coach Kate, for making such a big difference in our son's life!”

“This is our first year at Academy Endeavour and we have been very pleased. We have attended two other D20 elementary schools prior. At Endeavour, teachers are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the resources available to the students. I have children in a few different grade levels and some need extra-assistance, while others need to be extra-challenged yet, they’re all receiving resources benefiting their growth. The administration, Mrs. Hansen & Mrs. Mitchell are available to parents. They are the friendly faces that greet each student as they walk through the doors each morning and help them into their cars at the end of the day. They also do a fantastic job with keeping our family informed of school events, drills, etc. I’ve also been very impressed with their ability to save and spend on wonderful additions for the students, such as new and improved reading programs and the exciting STEM lab coming soon.”

“My child attended this school from Kindergarten through 5th grade. It is one of our favorite schools! This was the first IB Primary Years Programmes in the nation, offering French language classes and optional French Immersion classes for Math and Science. Staff are patient, flexible, open-minded, and caring. The student body is diverse. There are a number of Canadian military families at this school, along with students from a variety of countries. Your child will be well-prepared for middle school after going here.”

“In my opinion, this is the best school ever! Incredible teachers and staff who actually care about their students and parents! Kindess, character, respect and giving your best is not only taught but exampled! And of course the curriculum is wonderful! They do their research and present what is best for the students! They also share knowledge and communicate with the parents extremely well. And they show so much appreciation to parents for everything they do! I love this school! And I drive quite a bit to get there, so worth it!! And I hate driving! About an hour round trip!”

“Great customer service at this neighborhood YMCA. We continued to pay our membership dues as donations when they closed in March 2020 (pandemic). I assumed that my dues would continue to be be donations when they opened back up since I didn’t use the facilities per military orders. I appreciated the efforts of Mr. Corey Calcote, Briargate Executive Director, and Ms. Shannon Rauen, Director of Development and Planned Giving. They communicated well and worked with me to turn my dues into tax deductible donations and freeze my account for four months. We’re excited to return when conditions allow.”

“Rating a school can be tricky as every student is different, but we love this school. We moved to the area from across the country and had trouble finding out which schools were good. We love it here. The principal frequently hosts open house coffee events for parents to make contact and keep in touch. The PTA is very well organized and accomplishes a lot for the school. (They gave out magnet calendars in August with all the important dates and fundraisers for the year.) My child's teacher sends out weekly updates and responds to emails quickly. My child feels loved and respected in the classroom and is thriving in school as a result. The class parents organize and run holiday parties that every family can attend. (Halloween, winter, Valentine's Day, etc.) We feel welcome in the school community and are glad we chose this elementary school. Plus, the view from the parking lot is pretty nice.”

Always has a smile, and teaches you to do the work, which is useful for your best experience for your investment. I love to hear her sing, so find a way to get her to do so in your lesson. ;-)”

Honestly the school is pretty great 6th grade was amazing and 7th is cool as well. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
