“THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I go here to use the gym and the people here are very nice and go out of their way so that you are comfortable even when you don't know how to use the equipment, there are no stupid questions that goes a long way with me. I like this gym because there aren't a lot of people using the facility and you can get there and workout with no waiting for a piece of equipment. I highly recommend this place to anyone that doesn't like crowds. I also recommend this facility for rehabilitation. I have to say again, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!”

“This is a nice and pricey hotel to have its hallways full of trash. Not even Motel 6 has its hallways like this 😠…… So it’s been two months since I initially gave this review. “I love this Colorado Springs Senior Center. It has so many things for seniors to do. There all kinds of classes, card games going all day, at lunch time it has a good lunch that they charge $2.25 for. There AR areas where people can sit and talk, there is a library and a puzzle going all the time. I really enjoy going there and and I feel so much better when I come home.”

“Wonderful massage by a wonderful human. I came in with restrictions making me unable to cross my legs without pain and with a shoulder issue making push ups painful. Casey is so good at what she does. She had me trying out crossing my legs and push ups mid session and the pain and restrictions were gone. I felt aligned and balanced as I walked out. Will definitely be back.”
