“The Springs ATA curriculum teaches fundamental life skills such as discipline, respect and self-esteem. They take students as young as 2yo (and as old as me) and help to instill those fundamentals in each student. My son started with Springs ATA almost 3 years ago and is, with the encouragement and excellent instruction of their staff, soon going to achieve his Black belt. He has earned several first place medals in sparring at a National Tournament, and his self-confidence has grown. Having watched him progress, my passion for the martial arts has been rekindled, and I’ve recently begun training again after a 40 year layoff. My instructors have been helpful and encouraging as I work towards my goals, pushing me to get better but never demanding that I do something I’m not (yet) capable of. If you’re looking for a martial arts school that's fun and family oriented, Springs ATA is the place to be!”
