“if this is the dr. baros dentist (idk if he moved) the dentist is outstanding and deserves 5 stars. i wont go back because of the receptionist. she scheduled a cleaning for 2 weeks later but didnt have a card to give me and i didnt have a pen to write it down, so i said, "no worries, you guys call the day before anyway, right?" and she said "yes, we'll give you a call". the date came and went and i called and found out i just missed the appointment, the receptionist said " its not up to us to call you to let you know that you have an appointment" wow. communication breakdown with a dash of attitutude”
