“We have worked with Wayne Pinegar for a number of years, and he has helped us so far with 8 transactions both buying and selling since April of 2016. In fact we have just closed on a purchase that took considerable time negotiating inspection items. We originally met with Wayne at an open house he was conducting for another of his clients. We had decided to sell our home on Flintridge and invited Wayne in for his professional advice. We had remodeled the home throughout. Wayne walked through the home and made some suggestions to get the home ready for sale. He came back and took a series of photos (he was a semi professional photographer) and made the most awesome presentation in the MLS. Even back then, Wayne sold it in 3 days and then helped us buy our next home. We were in that home for a year and a half and sold it for a tidy profit, again in about 5 days. He then helped us buy another that we just recently sold two weeks ago. The market is a bit tougher now but Wayne employs a lot more marketing tools such as 3D walkthroughs, interior decorator, professional photographer, and drone videos. As such, he sold it in 3 days. But before we sold it, Wayne helped us buy 2 homes out east with acreage, on a well and septic. Wayne helped us better understand well and septic and in fact found a septic issue with the last home that unfortunately the sellers would not fix. But Wayne took it upon himself to find an excavator that has resolved the problem at a reasonable price. He is full of energy, full of wisdom in real estate, highly respected, and very professional. We enjoy working with Wayne and mostly admire his negotiation skills when buying and selling but also with all the inspection issues that come up. We couldn’t recommend Wayne more. They are large pizzas and Calzones. The staff was very attentive and alert to our needs. No wait time with our reservation. Handled 14 folks with ease.”

“My daughter is in kindergarten right now at the elementary school. it is a great school, but the parking and pick up system could definitely use some work. My daughter is special needs and I cannot access the handicap parking spots that are available. They blocked the lane that used to be the access to those spots with a cone. And it's right in the middle so that we cannot go through with the other cars that are in the line beside that. I was told the reason for that was because the high schoolers that are already out of school are walking around and they don't want the cars to speed through the lot. They have a million speed bumps in that parking lot, what is one more ?.. or a sign? But don't block access to the people that need those spots to get to their kids to help.They said everybody has to wait in that line and once the line moves up as the kids get to the cars after the Bell Rings, we can park in them. But at that point, what is the point of handicap parking? So we are supposed to leave the special needs and disabled kids to wait longer than the others, when they are the ones that need help and assistance with everything? I don't think so. That is so far from the right thing to do, it blows my mind. This needs to change!”
