“Let me start off by saying Mandy is absolutely amazing! 🤗🤗 I was in the hospital which cause my hair to get extremely matted, then a few weeks after my hospital stay I was not able to do anything to my hair but wash it, causing it to get more matted! I thought for sure I was going to have to chop it all off. I went to Mandy and she is a miracle worker! I got there and we got right to it! She offered me refreshments several times and put in some movies to pass the time! The conversations we had were great and she has a beautiful and positive soul! “I’ve been with Balance chiropractic since April of this year. Saw them at a local event and decided to stop by the booth. Dr. Max and Dr. Matthew quickly educated me on the atlas and did a demonstration. Next thing I know I’m a patient. The environment is very chill and relaxing. It’s always clean, always smells good and is welcoming. All of the staff are phenomenal!! Two specific shoutouts…first to Holly-she is amazing. She’s always on top of things and always asking how things are going. She’s very personable. Second is Dr. Matthew-he’s adjusted me the most but he’s been personable from the beginning. He actually remembers conversations with me and follows up. He is genuine in every interaction with me and with other patients. He’s always laughing and talking to someone and he seems highly invested in his career and his patients. But like I said, all the staff are great! Lastly, the adjustments themselves are something I never knew I needed. I had been considering a traditional chiropractor before finding balance chiropractic. I was slightly skeptical at first that one tiny adjustment would pull my whole body into alignment. The adjustments work wonders! I started out pretty bad with a range of symptoms but as time has gone on I feel almost brand new. My body has also held my adjustments so often that I can tell when I need an adjustment now. I do wish they offered at least one early morning or one late night for adjustments (like before 8 am and after 6pm). It’s not the biggest deal because I make it work but just my suggestion.”

I love the wide range of in person group classes. Class hours are available for most working schedules. You could get in great shape just from these. The instructors are very friendly, inviting, and encouraging, even when trying new things. The locker room is great for freshening up, relaxing with hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms and a decor to set your mind at ease. No frills, easy to use combo locks. Weight areas are good for most. People here are very courteous and respectful of your space. No muscle heads here. At least not during the peak hours from I’ve noticed. “Vernon doesn't "do" massage. He is a whole body therapist. I recommend not choosing a massage style and letting Vernon find what your body needs. He has a fine sense of the systems of the body and reads the state of it quickly. He released all the spots, tied me in knots, and I have never felt better after a massage. He will test the limits of your range of motion if you let him and well... you should. Going forward I wont go anywhere else.”
