“I have stayed here for five days. First of all, I am very grateful to the staff Leslie. I really love her so much! It was very late on the day we checked in, and it took her only a few minutes to solve the problem. The room was clean and comfortable with no strange smell. Leslie is a very conscientious employee who always keeps the floor clean and keeps an eye on the guests. She is very patient. I booked a room in booking in the last two days and chose to pay at the store. The other two ladies who received us that day always said that they could not inquire about the order. I sent it many times but could not find it, because it was marked to pay at the store, so I could only close the order. Finally, I used my bank card to pay the original room price for two days. We're really upset. In the end, Leslie and another grandfather solved the problem. However, the refund has not been returned to the account. It has been a month. I will go to the bank to check it today.”

Not only during the home acquisition and move in process but also resolving any maintenance issues that have arisen. It is truly a pleasure to be a resident of this community!!! And I have to add to this review - I’ve read the negative comments of some of the reviewers on here and I have to say they are some of the most misinformed ridiculous reviews I’ve seen. This is an absolutely wonderful place to live and has a management team that cares about the maintenance and appearance of the property and who are on top of any issues that may arise. My experience is that most complaints come from people who create the problems and don’t happen to like the response they get. But if truth be known the response was more than reasonable and appropriate for the situation!”

“Golden Eagle was our first stop on our camping journey through Colorado with our bumper pull camper. Knowing where to turn and go is a little challenging in the dark so I definitely recommend arriving while the sun is up. Upon arrival we stopped to read the Map where a group of camp hosts were sitting. No one at that stop offered to help. However, as we rounded to the next road there was a lady that met us and who was extremely helpful and nice. The campground itself is pretty nice. There's a dog park and a lake with plenty of wildlife to see. The actual lots are not really even so leveling everything up took extra time. Overall the campground is nice and we would stay here again.”

“This trip was for our 40th wedding anniversary. It exceeded all our expectations. We went horseback riding and hiking every day. The food was fantastic and the accommodations very comfortable. However, by far the best part was the staff, especially Aaron, Amber, Audrey and Charlotte. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They truly made this trip special and we are very grateful to them. Highly recommend this place and plan to return.”

“Back in 2018 me and my wife stayed here for almost 5 weeks while I was in town working at the power plant in fountain Grove and it was one of the best experiences at a hotel over my career. The people that own the place were just so nice. They would have great conversation with my wife while I was at work every morning while she sat outside and drank her coffee. Loved this place. Hope to return here again one day soon!”

“Most of these places are rented out. Old owner did little as possible to keep these mobile homes up. At least the ones I know the people. Sinks backed up and never really completely resolved. Furnaces don't work properly. New ownership is in another state now and the maintenance people don't seem to know what they are doing. They just wing it. Hopefully Old issues will be resolved. So far that's not happening too fast. It's sad that all that matters is the almighty dollar to these people that run and own places, not taking care of residents.”

“I have two homes there. One is new, one 100% renovated. Nice people quiet, dead end - so no traffic. Nearly everyone keep homes nice. Every home has private quiet patio and yard, garden. Lot rent creeping up, while management is changing some lots to private meters which is best. Not sure why there is concrete truck in these photos. That's not got to do with anything about this park.”

“Absolutely AMAZING!! I've lived in Denver my whole life and this is our first trip to the Broadmoor!! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants a once(for us) in a lifetime experience of pure luxury. The golf course was meticulous and playable for a high handicapper like me, yet challenging enough for my husband! The room was stunning, the bed and pillows were perfect, the bathtub and shower were amazing!! The restaurant patio was top notch and the entires premises with the lake were pristine! We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, they close at 7:00, but we did do the paddle boats, which was fun! EVERYONE should stay at least one night at The Broadmoor!! Wish we could have stayed two nights!”

“We stayed at the Fairfield Anaheim resort 3/6-3/8. The hotel was perfectly situated to walk to Disneyland - even shorter walk than arriving by the tram! We were traveling with our 10 week old baby and the room was quiet, private, and generously spacious. The best part was the considerate staff. Our room had shower and tub option as well as a mini fridge and microwave. Being our first trip as new parents we hugely underestimated how difficult it would be to just pack up and go the next day before entering the park. So we called the front desk to extend our stay and they were able to work out an arrangement for us to not only stay another night but also in the same room! We will definitely be returning to this hotel for all our Disney visits. Thank you!!”
