“The morning staff on Mom's wing are super. All of the staff are professional and hard working. I can only visit Mom, everyday, in the mornings. She is safe. My concerns are the evening staffing. For the past 5 mornings, Mom has either been in the same shirt she wore the day before, or only in a lounging bra and underwear in the mornings. Due to staffing, there was a weekend (Friday to Sunday) there were only male CNA's available through the contract company. Women did not get properly bathed, showered, changed or given a sink wash. Some of the residents are not mobile. Thankfully Mom has an advocate. Some residents do not.”
