  Been here almost 2 years. Floyd's a great landlord and his sense of humor is the best.

  Great place, Floyd is a super great guy, our neighbors have all been super nice and this is a respectable park (unlike others where we had our things stolen, people out and about all hours of the night and so on) I feel super comfy and safe here.
  Its homey and our fur babies are happy here too :)

  Absolutly love this plave neighbors are very friendly, yet they leave you to tend to your business. Owner oh my the owner here is amazing!! 1st time rv owner here he helped my hook up around 9pm whrn i finally got in made sure i was all set up and ok before he left. Deffinantly a place to be makes you feel like home for sure!! If i didnt have to move aroumd for work id continur to live here gull time!! Thank you floyd for all your help and information!!! And neighbors! Deffentaly makes you feel wanted :) the stay was a true delight :)

  Lived there a few times loved it, it was a excellent experience people where very friendly & caring... Floyd the owner is the most loving big hearted man, he treats my husband & I like we are family.... I will always go there 1st..... .

1 review of Floyd's RV Park "Aug 2015: $26/night Called him at the last minute and he confirmed a space. He led us on 3 wheeler to a spot since there is no map and no numbered spaces. Cranked up antenna to get stations at Pueblo and Colorado Springs. Super nice guy. There were many trees and routes around them and it was pretty quiet.
