“We visited 4 casinos in town and Saratoga was our favorite, it's not the biggest and it's not the most fancy but it was the most welcoming. My buddy is an amateur craps player and I have NO IDEA how to play the game, I watched as my buddy played but the dealer and the dice man were fantastic at explaining the game, the bets, and suggestions on what bets to play when for my friends success. I played about an hour of video poker, had some drinks and only ended up spending or loosing $30 for someone who doesn't gamble it was a great time.”

“I'm only giving 4 stars because we had to drive here from IL to be able to talk to a live person about our plans to have my daughter's wedding reception here in June. We had been calling since early Feb, leaving numerous messages on the automated system, with no return calls. Once here, we were very impressed with everything. We decided to sample the food while here & it was wonderful. We were presented with warm fresh baked oat & sunflower seed bread with two types of real butter; a plain & an herb. My daughter had the Sesame Encrusted Tuna appetizer; she said it was prepared perfectly. I had a bowl of Cream of Asparagus soup & the Chophouse salad; it was the perfect portion size for the price & very filling. The staff was very pleasant & helpful with our planning, offering seating suggestions & menu options. We are so excited to be having my daughter's reception here in June.”

“The host and servers were extremely friendly. The food was good and the prices were very reasonable. This place is definitely better than any of the buffets in Black Hawk. The entire place was clean, especially the salad bar area which they kept it full and clean at all times. The cookies are amazing!! They are HUGE and delicious and don't cost very much. You definitely need to try the cookies (we had the lemon and peanut butter) and other desserts. The cookies were so great we bought more just to take home.”

“Great buffet experience, especially for a busy Saturday night! (Dan was a fantastic server. Very attentive without being overbearing.) ~$25/person got us wonderful food: Unlimited Crab Legs, Mexican, Salad and Fruit Bar, Comfort Foods, Pho, Grilled Meats/Seafood, Meats, Asian, Salads, and Dessert. The food was delicious and hot, trays always full, the food workers/servers were friendly and kind. Tables were turned over very, very quickly and the wait was only 15 minutes given how many people were in front of us. The buffet is on the second floor. Overall a very surprising and lovely experience for a casino buffet. Highly recommend!”

“There are ton of new casinos up in the Blackhawk area. I hadn't been up there long time only to find their basically skyscrapers up there now. I was amazed at how tall some of the buildings are going to be and already are. Lady luck was a nice casino not too big not too small. It is definitely what I would call sort of hot lower level of casino it's not like some of the big huge casinos out in Vegas but it is a nice place. They have a free soda fountain and all that stuff that normal casinos have.”

“Ignore the construction going on this place rocks. I hit on the slots , had great time on poker table big jackpots, and best bacon cheeseburger I had in Colorado. Came back for second visit got comped a free buffet. Very good quality food. Best in town coming from a local. You guys just hooked me for years to come . Thank you”
