“I came in for the first time because my (he will be my previous dentist now) dentist wouldn't perform a procedure I needed for an upcoming surgery and gave me wrong information without even checking me! I was devastated since I had gone there for many years. I was recommended to Dr Gillette office and I am so glad! Dr Gillette answered the phone for the emergency number when I called that day and said he would get me in that afternoon. Nathan on the phone was so personable and it felt like home when I arrived! I've had not the best experiences with dentists in my life so this was a blessing to find this office! Thanks Dr Gillette for your kind caring demeanor and proficient explanation of my x-rays and an issue with one of my teeth. I've had a problem for years and it was never explained! I just thought it was something I had to live with and come to find out he told me exactly what it was and that it could easily be fixed. I felt very comfortable during xrays and exam. That future appointment has been made to repair the tooth and I look forward to a healthy pain free mouth in the near future! Thanks so much.
