I can’t say enough good things about the front office staff (Pam & Morgan), they have always been (from the first time I walked in, to the last day that I was there) incredibly nice, patient, helpful, knowledgeable. The location was perfect for me to store my stuff, easy in and out access, clean facilities, pricing was the same if not better than most places that I had looked into for storage. I’ll be back if I ever need to rent storage again. Highly recommend this facility for your storage purposes.”

“As we were instructed by U-Haul to find a technician to check out our hitch wiring, I called several U-Haul places to schedule. When several places either did not answer or had no technician available, I discovered on Google Maps, U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Golden. Since I was close by I just stopped in. I’m ashamed to have forgotten their names, but the two gentlemen working were extremely helpful. One came and inspected our cars wiring AND assembled the ball and joint. I would’ve picked out the wrong thing if it had been up to me. Excellent customer service, which can be seriously lacking these days. Thanks guys!”
