He was up front and honest about some light hail damage and also promised to fix a tire pressure light that wouldn't seem to go away. I purchased the vehicle and was honestly wondering if I made a poor decision by not having them fix the light right then and there but Mick stood by his word and had me come back a few weeks later once they had the right part. “We were in search of a first car for our daughter and called Brandon on a car we had identified as an option. He was professional and took the time to go out on the lot to make sure the car was still there and give of his observations especially since he knew we would be driving from Colorado Springs. He gave us objective data about the car and his personal observations. After seeing 2 other cars we ended up at AutoNation. Brandon promptly greeted us and authorized us quickly for a test drive. The car was perfect for our needs and 1 hour later we left with the car since we decided to finance it so my daughter could establish credit. While we were waiting, we were greeted by the general manager Steve and felt appreciated for our business as a customer should. The finance manager Tyler was professional, efficient and expeditious in getting us on our way. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 years and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The Icing on the cake is a percentage of our purchase goes to fight breast cancer and we of course took the opportunity to donate in addition which was terrific. “Paul did a great job on my washing machine. He replaced the pump, which was going bad, and got it up and running in less than a day. I was really happy with the job Paul did, he even cleaned up the gross screens and gaskets. I highly recommend him. As one of Paul's first reviews, I gave him four stars because it made him look legitimate. Honestly it was 5 star (+) work, but in this day and age of easily fabricated reviews, I was not going to look like a bot.”
