He was up front and honest about some light hail damage and also promised to fix a tire pressure light that wouldn't seem to go away. I purchased the vehicle and was honestly wondering if I made a poor decision by not having them fix the light right then and there but Mick stood by his word and had me come back a few weeks later once they had the right part. “We were in search of a first car for our daughter and called Brandon on a car we had identified as an option. He was professional and took the time to go out on the lot to make sure the car was still there and give of his observations especially since he knew we would be driving from Colorado Springs. He gave us objective data about the car and his personal observations. After seeing 2 other cars we ended up at AutoNation. Brandon promptly greeted us and authorized us quickly for a test drive. The car was perfect for our needs and 1 hour later we left with the car since we decided to finance it so my daughter could establish credit. While we were waiting, we were greeted by the general manager Steve and felt appreciated for our business as a customer should. The finance manager Tyler was professional, efficient and expeditious in getting us on our way. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 years and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The Icing on the cake is a percentage of our purchase goes to fight breast cancer and we of course took the opportunity to donate in addition which was terrific. “I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from Planet Hyundai last month and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I started my vehicle search in December, and Planet was the first and best dealership I visited. I started working with Aidan to find the perfect Santa Fe for me, and he was a ton of help during the purchasing process. I came to Planet with my boyfriend for my first test drive, and as a woman it can be frustrating when a salesperson zeroes in on the male you are with rather than listening to you. This was completely not the case with Aidan! He started by greeting me, asking if this vehicle was primarily for my use, and completely listened to all of my thoughts and questions. I love the form that the salesperson fills out while talking to you about what you are looking for, as it really covers all of the bases and you know that they are really listening. Aidan followed up a few times from the time I first came in to when I purchased to make sure I didn't have any lingering questions or concerns before I settled on the Santa Fe (but not too much follow up, like some dealerships may do!). The overnight test drive offered by Planet really solidified for me that the Santa Fe was the perfect choice, and it was so nice to get a feel for the car during my daily routine.
