“My typical experience here at this Sonic location would not regularly merit a 5 star review. It’s usually a 2 star experience. But I’m not here to rant about that. I’m here to rave about the carhop I had this afternoon. Julianne (maybe Julianna - I got a very short glance at her name) deserves a MAJOR raise. I decided to use the app today to pay and left my house without any other payment options due to never having any past issues with ordering/paying through a company’s app. I placed my order and chose the pay with app option and got on to pay. For whatever reason the app wasn’t allowing me to check in - in other words I couldn’t pay. I kept trying until Julianna showed up and I told her I had no way to pay unless I was just missing something on the app. She covered it. She said don’t worry about it and started handing my order over. While I’ve never been so embarrassed due to a malfunction regarding a company’s app and their plastering it everywhere that we can use it to pay, I’ve also never expected that amount of generosity from anyone. So, hopefully the manager sees this...because they need to know that not all of their customer facing employees aren’t very good. He’s got at least one insanely great apple.”

“Tonight my friend and I decided to visit this Mc Donald’s location for the first time.The staff was friendly, service oriented at all times, and fast. We placed four different orders total and even though they were busy, there was no waiting time, so we got to enjoy our meals tasty and hot. We loved how clean the place was,SPOTLESS everywhere, the tables, the door entrance, the windows AND the restrooms were fresh and sparkling. The cleaning standards at this location are truly impressive. Also, the top notch interior design looks even better than a five stars restaurant, for real. We will definitely come back to dine in. We loved it! The cashier that took out order was Avianna and the two managers that we interacted with were Manuel and Brett ( not sure if the last one is the correct name but he was wearing a blue colored manager shirt ) Great staff!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
