“So far great service after 3 visits/7 months. Superb communication. Always ask about "any areas of concern" before and during visit. Never hesitate to treat specific areas when asked. Very tech savvy (text, email, billing) and most polite service/utility company we use (cleaning, cable, internet, lawn service, etc). Few weeks after first visit we found massive wolf spider at back door, called them per their instruction IF we saw any type of Invaders. They sent technician next day. He looked for any signs of entry points, resprayed and explained there is a inception time for the chemicals to set in and eradicate pests. Since that incident over 6 months ago not a single pest/web/nest. I don't typically post reviews, but these folks are going above and beyond. Therefore felt obligated to break my normal pace by posting this. 'Get what you pay for' so true, don't balk at pricing, give them a chance.”

“Jerry was the installer and was very courteous and professional. I asked him to call ahead, he did and came out on time, and did a great job. I bought a used unit and after he was done with the initial install, there was a part that he felt wasn't up to par, so he came back out the next day and fixed it. I would have been satisfied with the way it was, however, Jerry was too professional to just let it go. Great job. We're very satisfied.”
