Only thing I would suggest is possibly having a carts or Dollie’s to rent to help move items into the the storage so you aren’t caring everything by hand down and around the long corners.”

“Julie and Cecile were both great with my little one who had a number of issues between colic and reflux. I learned a lot from them and Cecile really went above and beyond to help me with tips as well as connect me with another mother who could donate milk. My only complaint which I cannot possibly ding them for was availability of the nannies was so difficult so I couldn’t have someone consistent come in. I guess other smarter parents had booked them way ahead of time.”

“I'm updating my review based on the overall service I received from this location. I initially visited to have a hitch installed, but the model I needed was not in stock. While I would have appreciated being able to take care of this in 1 trip (it took 3) the location (especially Jessica) and U-Haul management worked to make things right. While the hitch I needed was not easy for them to have shipped, they found a location that had it and expedited it's delivery so I could have my hitch installed ASAP. Initially, I was very irritated and frustrated since it took multiple visits, emails, and phone calls to sort this out, but I appreciate how willing they were to work with me.”

“I was renting with Public Storage. Their prices are way too high and they would not negotiate on the due date of my unit. First of the month period. My rent is due the first of the month. Duh?! Hello?! So they would stick me with a $25 late fee every single month on their way over priced dirty run down unit. Checked into Extra Space and was so happy with the prices and all the security measures to get in to the unit. Much cleaner! Austin was the one who got me set up and such a nice guy! Very helpful as well! Now my storage is 5 minutes from home and I couldn't be any happier. Thank you!!!”

“Great experience here over the weekend!! Melanie at the front desk was absolutely awesome. I reserved a unit online and received a call about 2 minutes later to confirm the size and move in date. When I arrived on Saturday, Melanie braved the freezing cold weather so she could show me the unit I reserved before signing the paperwork - above and beyond service if you ask me!! I didn’t look close enough when first reserving the unit, but I was under the impression it was inside. Despite the unit she showed me being very clean, well lit, and of ample space, I had to find something that was climate controlled. If they would have had the same size available inside, I absolutely would have continued with leasing a unit here. Melanie was graceful and understanding in my decision and even offered to call me should one come available. Awesome service and very friendly staff here! I recommend!”
