“We’ve been here just over 2 years. This is a great safe and secure storage facility. The lot is gravel so no rodents and very good drainage. I’ve never seen a weed here. The fresh water on your way out and the dump on the way in are lifesavers! Its secure and the location is 3 mims from I76 and 10 mins from I70. Owners are great people. Very happy here!”

“I felt like I had to take a moment to say how wonderful Rob and everyone at Ridge Valley are. First, they're the only storage lot near metro Denver that will work with well-kept/maintained vintage vehicles needing storage. But my 5 stars isn't for that reason alone - they truly give great customer service. Every business will hit snags like a gate malfunctioning, but I've personally experienced Rob come out on a Sunday to help renters get in. Beyond that, if you ever run into him he's the nicest guy and always willing to chat. Even when you call the office the team is very friendly and helpful. Through the various construction projects they've had as they upgrade the storage facilities, they've been communicative and accommodating. I am also admittedly terrible at checking my email and missed a couple invoices, and Rob simply gave a call to let me know rather than a corporate-like email. We've been storing our rig at Ridge Valley for several years now and intend to continue because the service is top-notch combined with a great location.”

We live 6 hours away. She went out of her way to squeeze us in. The convience and cost savings was much appreciated. Also the facility is secure and parking areas are paved cutting down on dust. They valet park your unit. Pick up hours on weekend are limited but we worked around that. Real professional operation. Thanks”

“I feel like truck rental places are one of those places that only get reviewed when people have a terrible experience so I wanted to share my better-than-expected experience. I rented a 10 foot moving truck to pick up some furniture and it was my first time renting a truck like this. I had issues with the mobile pick up, but the employee at the counter quickly resolved it and got me on my way. I asked another employee a few questions and had a very positive experience from both of them. The truck was clean and easy to use, dropping off was a breeze, and I was charged exactly what was estimated. People need to calm down.”

“They were great from the beginning. They was very helpful when scheduling and discussing prices. They worked with us to make sure we were getting the best deal. The movers who came to pack us up were wonderful. Everything was wrapped and packed perfectly, which was not easy with the stairs and a small walkway to the truck. At the delivery, they were also wonderful. They were quick to unload and unwrap everything. Everything came back in perfect shape and good condition. “I bought a shipping container from them last week. I was able to go to the yard and see the container and was able to pick out the one I wanted. I needed a new one for a project I am working on. This was the only company that let me come see what I was getting before buying. It was $4450 for a new 20 foot container which was cheaper than anything else I could find. They delivered it themselves with the truck that lifts it up and down. Highly recommend.”
