“I don't often write reviews but noticed a few when checking open hours on website for Westminster location. I've banked with TBK since opening several years ago, Valley Bank before. Am often in lobby and drive thru. I have never encountered an unpleasant staff member. Always a hello with a smile, quick transactions and a thank you. Have called branch with questions and receive the same excellent customer service. Never treated like a just another checking account number. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else.”

“First and foremost I've been banking with us bank for at least 10+ years this banks staff is awesome, with the exception OF THE BRANCH MANAGER CARLOS, he on the other hand need a real lesson in leading skills. His tellers can be slammed and he'll just sit there not busy and wont help???? I be leave the gentleman's name is Joe he maybe a banker now he would make a great manager for this bank. I always see him hop up and help no one asks him NOW THATS A LEADER! the staff her are super awesome.”
