Our arrangement with Jay was exactly what we were looking for, as we got involved in the project early on and were able to influence our home with custom selections. Throughout the process, we interacted regularly with a phenomenal builder and construction manager, and some of their subcontractors, and things could not have gone smoother. I was shocked how quickly they could build a home and keep everything on track at a time when supply chains could not have been any more disrupted. The quality of the construction is very high and they do not miss a single detail or cut any corners. The floorpans are very functional, with tons of storage, large bedrooms, and great entertainment spaces. The kitchen is awesome, with a huge 13 ft island, top-notch appliances, tons of cabinet space, and a large pantry. On the exterior, their designs include wood fences, iron railings, stylish retaining walls, landscaping, sod, irrigation, synthetic decking, new sidewalks, and more - everything is top notch and you don’t always get this with many new construction homes. Friends and family have loved the place and we are looking forward to a lot of memories in the home. Whether you are looking for a new construction home or buying/selling an existing, I highly recommend working with Jay and the Feaster Realty team and can’t say enough on how great the whole experience was.”

“The short story is that I received the best value trailer for the money and experienced exemplary customer service from Tim throughout the process. The long story is this.... I had the most pleasant buying experience this past weekend at Reed Trailers in Wheat Ridge. The gentleman who helped me was Tim, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another trailer from him again, if I ever need one. I believe he may have actually been there just to help another customer with picking up a trailer as it was a Saturday and they don't have any posted hours. He was very straight forward and answered all of my questions. He even willingly stuck around while I went to shop a nearby competitor. The R&M trailer I purchased was significantly better quality and more than worth the slightly higher price in comparison. I did hours of searching and research online before actually shopping in person, and I'm confident I got the most value for my money. After I purchased the trailer and just before I left the lot I found a small staple in one of my tires. We pulled the staple, which once removed I doubt actually damaged the tire in any way, and he helped me inspect the tire to ensure there wasn't a leak. Before he let me leave, he provided me with a spare to use on the chance that we both missed something and there was any damage. Tim was the kind of person with whom I'd feel comfortable buying another trailer based on a handshake; that's not something I'd honestly say about any other sales person with whom I've made a purchase.”
