“Went to Red Rocks for 3 years before graduating from Mines 2 years later. College has made my life so much better and I owe most of my education to the teachers here. They helped establish the base of knowledge which was rigorously tested at Mines. The best secret I can let you all in on, is that the teachers at Red Rocks were far superior in their teaching skills than at Mines. Many times Mines classes were taught by mid 20’s grad and doc students who never taught or had a desire to teach but finances and degree programs force them into it. Not to take anything away from Mines, its a great place to finish your education, just giving the inside scoop on something I wish I would have known before transferring. The teachers at Red Rocks are professionals, they love to teach which is why they teach at a community college. 11 out of 10 for really caring and being dedicated to education. Semesters and teachers have their ups and downs but overall my experiences at Red Rocks will always be one of the greatest and most fulfilling chapters of my life.
