“Oh my gosh...not sure where to start! The property is amazing! It is brand new with the most updated technology to manage the ins & outs of the storage unit. It is fantastic! Lindsey is the best! She clearly knows her property and trained me how to use my phone in managing the unit. She gave me a tour of the property and was delightful! The experience was wonderful and I will refer everyone I know to Blue Mountain!”

“I’ve been here for 5 months now. All the staff are helpful & friendly. Miranda is a gem. The maintenance team work hard at keeping Gateway clean & enjoyable to live in. The grounds, clubhouse & pool are are well maintained All my neighbors are nice without being nosey.. They have community events which are nice. My apartment is very comfortable. My only complaint would be pet owners who don’t pick up their pet’s poop which is really inexcusable because there are poop bag & garbage receptacles readily available throughout the complex. But it’s not too bad a problem b/c every Tuesday maintenance picks up the poop they left behind and most of us are responsible pet owners & clean up after our pets. Overall, it’s a great place to live & the location is convenient as well.”

“My husband, son, & I had a great experience last Saturday afternoon. It was our first time to Liberty and the first time in a long time for going to any shooting range. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable. We brought our own guns and also rented one. It's a very nice facility. Appreciated all the safety precautions. “My husband's jacket was stolen out of the closet after we checked out. We called and called. They kept saying they didn't find anything... REALLY?? Obviously, they don't train their staff to be honest. I won't stay here again. Too bad, because it is a nice hotel. UPDATE- the head of housekeeping called me and she apologized for the mix up. They had my husband's jacket after all. No communication between the front desk & housekeeping! She was very polite and helpful. Thank you very much!”
