“Best dentist my husband and I have ever had, no contest. Dr. R is so personable, honest, and truly wanting the best for all of his patients. When our insurance kept denying our claim, he personally appealed the state insurance board to try and get it covered. When that didn’t work out (through no fault of Maven S.D.), our budget was tighter than anticipated and I wanted to cancel our future appointments to save money. Dr. R was so understanding but strongly encouraged keeping the appointment to ensure the issues we were working on didn’t progress to a more damaging state. He even downgraded the appointment to a lower level of service to get the insurance to cover it while still being able to see us and advise on the best next steps to keep us healthy in the long term. Seriously blown away by everyone’s kindness in this office. They sincerely want the best for YOU, the patient, and not what will put the most money in their pockets. Dr. R also sent this adorable “thank you” card. We have 4 snakes and a 4 pound chihuahua and he remembered to include it in his note. So sweet! We’re patients for life.”

I was shocked but very thankful to get in so quickly. She is newer to the career field, but I could not tell because she was very meticulous in everything. I can say probably the best haircut I have had in a long time, if ever. Alicia took what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure my beard was even from past cuts. After the haircut, I decided to color why not. She took time to get it right. All the staff here are super friendly and great to chat with while getting a cup of tea hot or cold. I love the aveda tea it hits the spot. Along with the services I received, this business is a full service salon/ spa. They have massage therapy, facials, hair extensions, feet services, and many more. Go see for yourself. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely.
