(May 5, 2018, 7:10 pm)Daltile is great. I've been working with Bill and Cory over the last few months doing tiling projects around my home. They're knowledgable and patient when I need help on product and material selections and have questions about how things work. They've helped me sort out the Schluter and Wedi systems and products I've needed for my various projects and the challenges the tile installs have posed. They also stock certain colors of Mapei Kerapoxy which is what led me to them in the first place because its hard to find that epoxy grout in town without doing a special order. In terms of special orders, I had to special order some Schluter products with Daltile and it came in quick and Bill is prompt with the follow up to let you know when your stuff is there. All in all great customer service from everyone.
