“We used Kem to finish our basement. We added 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a common area with theater. Kem, and specifically Caroline and Bill, helped with every stage. Their recommendations during design proved to be spot on. During construction Bill managed the sub-contractors, a very tough task, at every phase and communicated daily. Through out the four month build, there were only 4 days that a contractor was not on the job, demonstrating their great oversight. It was finished on time and on budget, even when we added, deleted and changed things. We also used the contractors to complete other small projects in our house and save on multiple visits or bids. We are very satisfied with the build quality and finish. Our basement is beautiful, adds significant value to the house, and is enjoyed daily by the family. ”
