“Awesome employees. I’ve had my account 2 weeks. I’ve gone in several times because I was unable to use my card for the last 72 hrs. Three days ago fraud prevention locked my account, didn’t tell me nor any of the 4 bankers with whom I’ve spoke in person. Apparently someone tried to use my card on Walmart.com and fraud shut them down. I’m so thankful they did because I’m a single dad living paycheck to paycheck an inch from homelessness. It would’ve been nice to know but they have been fronting me cash for rent, etc. really awesome people and even though my gas tank is on E and I can’t fix this until I go to the bank tomorrow, I feel safe knowing that they disallowed a fraudulent charge.”
