“When I decided to sell a home that needed some work, I wanted advice from a realtor to make sure that I didn't waist money in the wrong areas. After hearing a radio add several times for the Hakimi Team, I thought I would give David a try. To my surprise, David answered the phone himself just like he said he would in his commercial. We talked about my needs and I described the house, but he said he would need to see it in person and scheduled a meeting. After inspecting our house, David recommended specifically where and how to spend and not spend money to best prepare the property. He promised a return on my investment and top dollar for our home if I followed his advice. He also recommended affordable suppliers for cabinets and granite counter tops and even offered to go to the store with me to help pick paint colors and tile if needed.
