“The only thing Select Stay needs is an up grade, they are obviously working on that! Most mornings I watch T clean the pool. It is small, but big enough for me. Very clean! They allow smoking pool side. It's a nasty habit, but I am considerate. One day when the inevitable happed...... I left my key card in the room, because the room is not under my name I was met with a little tenacity. But, I can appreciate that! I am certain no one will enter our room. It's home away from home. But! With a clean pool!”

“There was ample parking. Although the motel is located by a main thoroughfare, you could not hear traffic due to walls being built right. Very pleasant staff. Room was immaculately clean and well maintained. Modern shower. Price was right on. Paid less here than what we paid for a run down motel 6 in Washington State last week.”

“The Park has standards they expect the tenants to adhere to , therefore the Park is clean and well maintained. There is not a lot of excess items laying around causing a cluttered, unkempt look. The neighborhood is quiet, folks are friendly. The Staff are friendly and helpful. In my own opinion the few people who have problems with the Park, it's Maintaience Crew or Office Staff bring a lot of trouble on themselves. Follow the rules of the Park, pay your lot rent and water bill on time and keep your place cleaned up you won't have any problems”
