“I went to get my hair done tonight, and had a not so good experience. The woman said my hair was too thin to add blond to. She told me "have a great night, thank for coming in" I was shocked. Ok fine to the blond.. but she didn't offer to cut it, or fix my roots. Super disappointed. She acted like I was disturbing her from going home or something. Called to speak to a manager about my experience. She was so kind, and apologized numerous times for the way I was treated. She assured me the constant would be talked to. She offered a free haircut, I declined. She also offered me some deep hair conditioning stuff. I'm super happy with how the situation was handled by managment. That's why I gave 4 stars.”
