“I was referred to grumps through a friend he worked on my 06 fxst I was very sceptical at first only because I'm new in town we talked about what I needed done he agreed made up a work order and told me be patient he had bikes in front of me, naturally I was impatient and went down there to check the progress in hindsight if I would have just waited for his phone call like we agreed upon I would have saved myself the headache of being a borderline pest ! Anyway when my phone did ring he told me it was done and I could come pick it up what a surprise I got the bike not only was it fixed,: but he explained that he fixed everything that was wrong with my bike I was shocked at the price so shocked I through an extra 50 down ! Hes a A-1 mechanic and personally I appreciated his straight forward approach theres no guessing with Byron he says what he means and means what he says These days , thats a quality not often found I have nothing but respect for grumps I'm planning on taking my brand new roadking to him ....ps. and waiting for his phone call Enough said !”
