Despite what must be a very high volume time for him, the owner took the time to explain some possible causes and arrange to come over himself within 2 hours. My wife was able to correct the issue herself based on his suggestions. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant man who was more interested in helping us than in logging a service call and a repair. Uncommon these days. Deserves the highest recommendation.”
