“Our beloved dog Bear unexpectedly passed away and I was beyond devastated. I called Rainbow Bridge trying to talk through my tears and I instantly realized I called the right place. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so very sweet and friendly. Once we arrived at the facility we were greeted at the car and she gave me a big hug which was what I absolutely needed, then she carried in our precious little dog for us. I was blown away by how nice and clean the place was. She took our little guy into a private room, so we could say our final goodbye to him. She was so compassionate and gave me another hug before we left, I was just a complete wreck. A few days later when we arrived to pick up Bear's remains, my son being a 7 year old was really interested in seeing the ashes, so the man offered to take us back to see the ashes and explained what they do with the ashes of the pets people don't want to take. It was very nice of him to do that! I wish I had remembered their names, but my mind is still consumed with losing my little buddy. I loved the urn and paw print I received, I really recommend getting the pawprint done. This place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.”

After our appointment we waited weeks before we were able to confirm, pay, and schedule our install. It made it difficult in planning our project timing. However, they have a person answering phones (not just an automated answering machine), and we SO appreciated getting to talk to a person each time we called! During our appointment the employee was very helpful and knowledgeable as we picked the best countertop to match our new bathroom. They were prompt and efficient during the measurement and install, and our countertop looks great!”
