“Jerome, at the Erie location showed me that great customer service still exists! It may have been our first interaction when he said "I'll take care of you". I didn't pay it too much attention as that phrase is thrown around a lot but rarely backed-up, at least from my experiences. He backed it up and it was a nice surprise. I also noticed that he is a good manager. I told him I wanted to show my appreciation somehow and his response was "sure, you can buy the guys in the shop a gatorade, they do all the hard work, they'd like that". “Great little place to go fishing with little kids. Lines often get caught on the Rocks around the pond but it's a good starter pond. There isn't any play equipment or anything or many things to set on so bring your own chairs. There is a little sandbox kids can play in. Mostly this is a place to fish and maybe hang out by the water. Right next to a gas station and a fire station. Good little Pond for a small town.”

“Love the coffee here! It is amazing. I kept driving past and one day just decided to stop and see how it was. It’s probably the best Coffee Iv had, better then Starbucks in my opinion. I got the mint chocolate frappe with raspberry sauce and espresso and it was so smooth! You could taste the expresso but it wasn’t over powering like other coffee shops. it was like ice cream and coffee blended together to make a perfect amazing drink! So good!!”

“We started going here when we moved to Severance because we heard good things and it was so close to our new home. We absolutely LOVE this vet! Julie is so great with our little dogs, who have been treated roughly by other vets. We had an emergency visit yesterday after one of our dogs had a severe reaction to a vaccine, went into anaphylactic shock, and almost died (I won't go into details). When we rushed her to the vet (luckily was very close) they scooped her right up and brought her back to the vet. They took immediate action to get her set up on an IV and probably saved her life. A most traumatic day for us, but it was so great to know that we are in good hands with Platte Valley Vet. Our experiences here have been so good, although they have fairly few. The doctor listens to us when we have concerns about our dogs and she is kind with us and our dogs. It is obvious that they care about their patients here. The prices have always been reasonable and it doesn't seem they are interested in gouging animal owners on what can be very expensive costs, especially in crisis situations. Thank you Platte Valley Vet! We hope to keep coming here for many years!!”
