“Citywide Bank is amazing. In a world of online banking where we're all just a 'number', this place is a pleasant reminder as to why everyone should have a trustworthy, brick and mortar, Bank. I had an issue where my account was overdrawn by a large amount due to a clerical error that caused a withdrawal to happen twice (not CityWide's fault and not mine either). I was in a panic Monday morning when I saw my account showing a huge negative balance. Thankfully I got a hold of April first thing in the morning and she fixed everything!!! I can't thank April enough. I was seriously distraught thinking about all the automatic withdrawals that were going to bounce until I got the funds redeposited in my account which could have taken a week (due to the incompetence of the 'other' institution that caused this issue). Anyway, I'm so thankful for Citywide and April's service. Other Banks could have merely said, "not our fault", and just kept racking up the overdraft fees along the way. But April rejected the second withdrawal and the missing funds were back in my account before lunchtime! Disaster adverted! Could have been a lot worse was it not for April and her great service. I'm happy to say I'll be a lifetime customer.”

“You know the old saying "If you have seen one, you have seen them all." Well things are different at this branch. I bank at 4 different banks and each one I am treated like a number. My Chase bank that I have banked at for 20 years , when I come in they have no idea who I am. Same goes for my 1st bank which has had one of my business accounts for over 9 years. I don't keep an account at these banks hoping to become friends, but it would be nice to be acknowledged at your bank that you go into 2-3 times per week. Guaranty Bank on Colfax is the exception. It took one week of banking there to be treated like family. They go out of their way to personalize and help you with what ever banking needs you may have. The ultimate in professionalism with a down home touch. Oh, and yes, I have moved my other accounts to this branch!!!”

“TBK Conversion AWFUL!! I have several complaints regarding the new conversion from Valley Bank and Trust to TBK. The Online banking setup is RIDICULOUS! This is the most insane situation ever. I have 3 companies and 5 different accounts that I do not have access to. On top of that I cannot access any previous records from 2017 without incurring a fee. The only notification I received was one letter via USPS stating that Valley Bank was bought out. No email or other notifications regarding loss of records or online banking access. I am at a point now that I may close all my accounts and move to another bank. The worst part is I love the employees and the relationships at my local branches and none of this is their fault but they will be the ones to feel the brunt of this horrible situation. UPDATED: I was contacted by my local branch who did assist me with getting old records and rectifying the online situation. I will update again after a longer period of time with tbk. I am willing to see how things go for a while. 2nd Update: TBK has gone above and beyond since my last update. The staff is wonderful and I am more than happy I stuck it out through the transition. They really have risen to the challenge of better communication and have definitely gotten back to that home-town bank feel and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be banking with TBK for years to come!!”

Can be busy at times but they never fail to deliver. They knew us by name and face. Always helpful and understanding. Especially Janae and Chandra. They were always about what they could do, not what they couldn't do. We moved out of state last year and we miss this branch DESPARATELY!
