The fries. The FRIES!! Hot, flavorful, great texture, and paired magnificently with the hummus and yogurt. Took a good while to get my food (likely do to the moving efforts taking place at the time), but once it came out it was hot and AMAZING.”

“Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California. We were seated right away. Chips and salsa are great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good but felt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves. Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside. I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards the Molcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) This thing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizo underneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was so thin. Overall really good experience.”

“Misaki is impressive. That’s all I can say. I moved out to Colorado from Cali and I have a couple of favorite Sushi places that have not been beaten and Misaki is now one of my top Sushi spots. The quality is amazing! THIS is worth it. It’s definitely a bit expensive but I went to another sushi place recently and found it was similar pricing except Misaki has better food, great flavors, amazing beers! Omg don’t get me started on the drinks. This place is amazing and I’m so happy it’s so close to where we live! “We always stop at McGinty's on our way to our property in Teller County. I appreciate the old world feel and tasty treats even though the prices have climbed a bit too high! $20 for a burger! Ouch. We were with friends who enjoyed a yummy pizza, half of which was prepped for my vegan friend. Hubby always gets the creamy, spicy Mac & cheese, and I tried their Guinness and sharp cheddar soup with a side salad. 😋 Fantastic! The soda bread that came with the soup was dense and moist and great for dunking! Our waitress was awesome... I think her name was Erica? Lovely grey hair and a huge smile. We'll be back but we may have to just do a shared snack next time!”

The stuffed grape leaves were by the far the best I’ve had anywhere. The lamb gyro was flavorful, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The hummus was quite excellent. And the baklava was neither too sweet nor pasty; it was phenomenal! Service was top notch. Kal was our server and made the evening a personal and memorable one. “After a hike at the Cheyenne Canyon area, we stopped in here on a whim. What a lucky choice! Everyone in my family had a sandwich, but everything there looked delicious. My husband and I couldn't decide, so we swapped half a sandwich. My husband and son got the turkey and bacon club and I got the Italian chicken sandwich. The club was really good, with light bread that was nicely toasted. I got the superstar with the Italian sandwich. Grilled chicken, pesto, roasted red peppers on a perfect ciabatta roll. I will dream of this sandwich! If I didn't love my husband so much, I would have regretted swapping out half. :) My husband and I swapped out the side of chips for a side salad and that was a great addition as well. A fantastic lunch!”

“I was driving my school bus today and have been working 12 hour days doing students to and from school, field trips, covering routes due to shortage of drivers and not getting much of any time to take even a minute. Upon my drop the owner flagged me down to stop in front of his food truck as I was headed that direction, and he had 2 tacos out ready to go. What he didn't know was that I have never had this place before and was talking to my monitor the day prior about really wanting to try it due to smelling it as I drive by and it fills the bus up with so much aroma. Upon finishing my route, my monitor and I stopped for 5 minutes under the shade and split these tacos. Our first reaction was that our eyes closed and as our mouths exploded with flavor we were feeling like we were in heaven. I want to thank this man who made my very long, no break and exhausting day Into a warm, kind gesture that he didn't have to do. I had my first feel of relief and subsided feeling in my tummy. I can't wait to visit this truck and support this business on my down time, it's well worth planing a day around it. Thank you sir for this act of kindness.”

“I used to come here all the time when I first just moved to the states. I recently made it back there a couple days ago and realized how good the food was and had to go back there again tonight. I got Pad Kee Mao, Pad Gra Pow, Pad Lad Na Noodles, and Slide Beef Noodles Soup. They were all so good! The service was also great too. The owner of the restaurant was always so polite and sweet.
