“Was less than thrilled. I dealt with two employees at the Mobile counter. Both were as nice as could be and really tried to help me with my phones' problems. Unfortunately, neither was able to resolve the issues through no fault of their own. My biggest concern was that it was quite a trek from the store entrance to the Mobile kiosk. This is difficult when I'm using a cane and my husband is using a wheelchair. It would also have been helpful if the name of my mobile carrier's name had been displayed somewhere. Other carriers were listed on signs, but not mine. At first I didn't think I was in the right place.”

“Blingle rocks! I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner. Holiday lighting is a terrible experience for me every year. Installation is a scary, multi-day pain. Take down is only slightly better. And despite the effort, my wife is almost always unhappy. I waited too long to put them up or take them down, she wanted soft white instead of bright white, they don't look like the picture in the magazine... It's been a no-win situation until Blingle. “I contacted this company when my AC wasn't working properly. They had an opening 9 days later but said they'd call me with any canceled appointments. I expected this because it's summer and 90 degrees out. Got a call back around 2:30 the same day that a tech was finished with another job early and was in the area, would I be home? To get my AC running again, I would have ran home. Luckily I was already there because running is not my strong suit. Very happy with the experience, AC was running in 20 mins. He discovered a blown switch possibly due to a lightning strike. Replaced the switch and here we are. Thanks for a great experience!! This is the second time I've used this company and won't be the last.”
