Last week, we discovered a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Norbert came over promptly and checked where the leak was coming from. After giving me a few options, we decided that the best and actually less expensive option was to replace the faucet. We went quickly shopping and found a faucet that we liked a lot. Norbert returned the next day and replaced the old leaky faucet with the new one. As he worked, Norbert was always so friendly and so easy to speak with. “Was in a bit of a panic yesterday afternoon when my toilet started spewing out water in my apartment. The Gentlemen who assisted me with my toilet had to remove my toilet to snake out the sewer, He was very patient and explained my situation to me, told me some things I can do differently to prevent it again. The repair was fast which was definitely a plus for me and they did a very good job cleaning and wiping everything down after they completed the job. Highly recommend!”
