“I've been using them for over 15 years. They are very prompt in coming over. My water heater sprung a leak during a blizzard and they were over within 3 hours to replace the unit. The water heater @ my mom's house sprung a leak this fall. They were over within an hour with a pump to clean up the mess. Had a bathroom installed and entire job was done in less than a week (gutted and put in a few bath in a single bath home). Was able to use toilet every evening when they were done. (of course couldn't take a shower for 6 evenings) but they did a great job from walls, electric, fixtures, tile (some work was subcontracted).”

“Awesome experience. From the moment I talked to Tracy on the phone to the next day (crazy fast for plumbers) arrival right on time by Mcgary (?) Who did the work, it was all smooth sailing. Love Advanced Rooter. Save yourself the following hell with other local plumbers, and just hire Advanced Rooter. Now.. Let me tell you how badly it went with others. First plumber company here in Norwalk who everyone recommended, came out months ago, said they'd call back with estimate. At least once a week for a month I called to say, what is the estimate? This was a 100% clogged pedestal sink in a small bathroom. Every week a very nice person at Ef. Plumbing said she'd have someone call me with the estimate. It was eluded to that I might need to replace the pedestal sink altogether. But after a month of weekly calls I decided the lack of response said something about them overall. Next company, Bd. Plumbing, similar not calling back, but in more of a no intention in calling back even though service said they would. You know when they called back finally? After the last message I left with their answering service (50% of the day the service answers, so I'm always awaiting their return call while I'm working).. My last message to them was that "I get it, I'm too small of a customer to matter to them" but I wish they'd just told me instead of playing a nonsense game of phone messages and no reply for two weeks. And I mentioned something that seems to have been important: that I happen to be besties with two New Canaan realtors, and of course I'm going to share my experience. Well THAT got them to finally call me back. Super apologized, set up people to come out in same week.I thought that was going to work out. Nope, they got here and the guys said they didn't have drain cleaning equipment, thought they were there for sink installation only. I'd been clear that sink installation was back up plan if they couldn't clear the drain, and only because another plumber said it might be needed. The series of calls ensued and owner called telling me sorry. But also told me no way to get the drain cleared for less than $500 because need expert, gave me name and number of recommendation for said expert drain clearing company. Not true as it turns out. Advanced did it for way under, without a series of visits or calls, difficulties or bs. Advanced literally spoke to me on the phone one day, came here and fixed it the next day.”

“I will make this short and sweet! These guys are the best! Jimmy and Henry take pride in there work. Total professionals and get the job done. Had a sewer line late night emergency. Called Roto Rooter. They sent a guy out there to solve the problem. He said it would cost $900 to snake out. I had a ill father and care taker in the house that needed the bathroom to be functional I said yes. After 4 hours of snaking he could not solve the problem. Charged me $350 for that.Said they would send there camera guy over the next day to look in the pipe. The guy shows up and did not use the camera. He proceeded to tell me that my property would have to be dug and and an external clean out would need to be installed and them the pipe would be jet washed. Total cost $5000. I got a hold of Jimmy told him what was happening and he assured me he would be there in the morning to fix the problem. Jimmy and Henry showed up and a Hour and change later the sewer line was unclogged and also had a camera run threw it to make sure. From $5000 digging nightmare to less then 1/5 of that cost. Don't waste your time with anyone else. I lived and learned and now know better. Thanks Guys!”
