The dedicated and caring instructors lead inspiring, fun, and challenging classes while simultaneously providing individual accommodations according to need.
This workout works, plain and simple, just come, you’ll see.
The environment is always warm and welcoming.
The owner, Karen is dedicated to everyone, and continues to help me achieve my personal best.
(October 15, 2018, 4:52 pm)I absolutely love the WILTON BARRE STUDIO. I work out here at least 3-4 times per week and each of the instructors are excellent! You really get great workout and it's fun too! I look forward to having this be the start of my day!
