“I contacted this company when my AC wasn't working properly. They had an opening 9 days later but said they'd call me with any canceled appointments. I expected this because it's summer and 90 degrees out. Got a call back around 2:30 the same day that a tech was finished with another job early and was in the area, would I be home? To get my AC running again, I would have ran home. Luckily I was already there because running is not my strong suit. Very happy with the experience, AC was running in 20 mins. He discovered a blown switch possibly due to a lightning strike. Replaced the switch and here we are. Thanks for a great experience!! This is the second time I've used this company and won't be the last.”

“Great shop and they seem to have everything within the small, simple or odds and ends needs and it's right in town! Saves a trip to Danbury every time! The prices aren't the cheapest, but it's tough as a small local business to stay alive when everyone is willing to take the drive to Lowes or Home Depot. They have to make up the difference in cost to local convenience and that's fair. Tip: Seems you have to be over a certain dollar amount to use credit cards. I only know because a man was pretty angry over it. It was a small item. Don't know how much it was, so I can't share what the minimum was. I used cash for my small item.”
