“We moved into a new home and the wood floors needed to be refinished. When they removed the carpet there were a bunch of unexpected additional repairs needed. You'd never know it now. The refinished floors look AMAZING. And the cost of the additional unexpected repairs was very reasonable, as was the overall price. The New England Custom Floors team were more like artisans than just workers, meticulously attending to every detail throughout the multistage process. The owner, Jorge, was like an orchestra conductor, overseeing the process and ensuring that everyone did their best work. And the office manager Myrian couldn't have been more helpful. For wood floors,You'll be hard pressed to find better craftsmanship and pricing.”

“This place is a great for putting new tires on your car, fixing a flat, and/or bent rim. I've used them multiple times over the last six years. I ran over a pot hole and thought I needed a new rim but they fixed mine. Another time I went in with a flat and they plugged it up for me until I could afford to replace it. When I needed to replace the tires on my car their pricing was very competitive. I've also been able to drop the car off before hours which was a huge help. Luv this place!”

“This is a hidden gem on the lower level of a building with multiple businesses. It's a small business so it's a good idea to make an appointment even within business hours. It's a workshop not a retail store. Their upholstery designs and furniture refurbishing work is top notch! They sell their own designs and make custom furniture. The owner had fabric rolls on sale by the yard when I went so ask about that if you're interested. If you need furniture reupholstered or want to buy unique furniture you must check this place out!”
