Things have changed! The new owner is very caring and genuinely a nice man who cares about your experience and willing to fix the previous owners wrongs. Pricing is in line with competitors, but the thing that stands out is their refrigerated section seems bigger than others, especially the chilled wine section (a need during these summer months).”

She then worked with her refinisher to completely restore the piano including a brand new oem action and cleaning of the original ivory keys. Couldn’t be happier with the results and a quarter of the cost of a new Steinway. She’s also an excellent tuner and can do any repair - large or small. I highly recommend her!”
