(March 29, 2016, 12:12 pm)A great walk with a short walking bridge over the river. The early part of the trail is from an old rail line, so very flat and in good shape. We often go here during the months with worse weather, since the trail is in good shape.

Kress Family Trail spans 3.1 mi. from Botsford Hill Road near Baker Road/CT 67 to Minor Bridge Road west of Falls Road (Roxbury). The best place to start is the entrance to the Orzech Family Preserve on Botsford Hill Road, near the sky-blue barns of Orzech Farm.
