As a self-pay patient, I am always skeptical that my best interests are the primary consideration, but the SSC team treated me with dignity, kindness, and respect throughout my procedure. The facility itself is exceptionally-clean and well-kept, and about as relaxing as it could be, in light of the aforementioned. The staff, from the welcoming receptionist, to the empathetic nurses, are all prompt, polite, and professional in their interactions. On the day of my operation, I was at SSC at 7:00 a.m. and back home in Fairfield resting comfortably by 10:30.
