She even called two days later to make sure everything had gone smoothly and to see if I needed any further assistance! So often I've encountered Realtors who won't give you the time of day if you're "just a renter," but obviously Cathy knows as some point most renters aspire to be homeowners, and treats all with kindness and respect.
