“I have been very impressed so far. Everyone is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They help out with a local foster group as well. UPDATE: Yesterday I had to have my 15 year old, blind, diabetic foster pup put to sleep; his body was just so tired. The staff here squeezed me in the day after I called, and when that whole day went haywire and I was 30 minutes late, they still took us. (not that this will happen all the time, sometimes places just CAN'T, and I totally would have understood if they couldn't) I have never been through this, and they were the kindest, most patient, wonderful people. They explained the process, let me ask questions, gave me time to say goodbye, had a basket with tissues, water and mints on standby... Dr. Henry is a wonderful veterinarian, and a wonderful person. Hannah was our tech, and she was so sweet. I couldn't imagine a better experience, for something that is such an awful experience. The head of the foster group I volunteer for came as well, and she is another amazing person I am so grateful to know. She brings all her fur babies here, and all the fosters. I am so grateful to the staff here, they are awesome.”

May not have a lot of inventory, but what he has is nice stuff and priced fairly - not cheap, not high - FAIR. Inventory changes on a regular basis, so it is a good idea to stop by when you are in the area - I learn something every time I stop by!”

The ER could only offer a steroid shot and narcotics that this person burned through at a great rate due to their ntense pain. We were desperate to keep our loved one from opiod addiction and restore their quality of life! After a few visits with Dr. Zhang, they were able to walk without pain and sit again! He really cares for his patients, it's obvious in the way he treats them and their families, from what I experienced on our visits to his offices.”
